[MENTORSHIP]
MENTORSHIP | CREATIVE PARTNERSHIP

The mindset of a trailblazer has always been the thread that connects the Lên Ngàn community. Through the Mentorship – Creative Partnership program, members of Lên Ngàn (including the executive board and professional team) dedicate one hour each week over three months to accompany a mentee.

The program is designed for students and young people passionate about art, culture, and creativity, who wish to develop personal projects, define their career direction, and experience a real creative environment firsthand. Lên Ngàn collaborates with universities to position students as co-creators — not merely learning from theory, but directly participating in a creative ecosystem that operates every single day.

[PRACTICE]
CREATIVE RESIDENCY

A one-week working period at Lên Ngàn’s space, with support from artists and team members. Participants will develop a personal project — a concept, artwork, prototype, or small-scale research project — and have focused time to deepen their thinking, receive critical feedback, and shape their own creative style.

[RESEARCH]
KNOWLEDGE HUB

An open resource library compiled and curated by the Lên Ngàn team from practical experience in the fields of art and production. It includes case studies, research notes, essays on culture and music, materials on traditional arts, and working process journals.
