BÁO CÁO CHO

  1. Production Manager

Position introduction

Lên Ngàn is seeking a Project Manager to join its project team as an operations architect – the person who keeps the rhythm of the entire process, from idea to execution.

In this role, you will not only manage timelines and budgets, but also translate artistic vision into a clear, measurable action structure that creates sustainable value for the community.

You will serve as the strategic bridge between the creative team and client service, coordinating internal resources, partners in Vietnam and internationally, while ensuring aesthetic sensitivity, professional management, and consistency in the cultural narrative of each project.

We are looking for someone with systems thinking, cultural sensitivity, and strong management capability — someone able to operate diverse types of projects, including brand campaigns, experiential activities, content production, digital campaigns, and interdisciplinary creative programmes.

The ideal candidate will manage progress, budgets, and deliverables with precision. This position is for someone who wants to work in a creative environment with depth, where each project is not only completed on time but also contributes to a long-term cultural ecosystem.

Main responsibilities
